THE COMPLETE GUIDE
Kalyanbook: Kalyan Matka, Cricket Betting and Live Casino on One ID
Kalyanbook is a betting ID for players in India who want Kalyan matka, cricket markets and live casino tables without carrying three separate accounts around. We don't run a sign up form. You message the Kalyanbook team on WhatsApp, a person on our end sets up your ID, and your login comes back to you in that same chat.
We called it a book for a reason, so treat this page like the contents list. First comes what Kalyanbook actually is. Then we spend a good while on Kalyan matka, because honestly, we get more questions about open, close, jodi and panna than about everything else put together, and half the guides out there either skip the basics or bury them under rumours. After that it's cricket, the exchange and the casino, followed by getting your ID, moving money and keeping clear of the fakes. The FAQ sits at the very bottom if you're short on time.

What Is Kalyanbook?
Kalyanbook is one ID that opens a few different kinds of play. Matka markets sit in one corner, cricket and other sports in another, and live card tables in a third, all running off a single balance.
A book of markets
Old school bookies kept a book of who'd bet on what. Kalyanbook is the modern version, minus the notebook and the chai stall. Every market you can play is listed in one place, and your Kalyanbook ID is how you get in.
Run by people, not a form
Typing a name into a box won't get you a Kalyanbook login, and that's deliberate. Somebody from our team chats with you on WhatsApp first and builds the ID by hand. Then they just stay put in that chat, so when you want a refill or a withdrawal or you've got a question about the jodi market, it's the same people, in the same thread, who already know your account.
Who it's for
Plenty of matka regulars come to us because they want a tidier way to play than scribbled slips. Cricket fans who love sessions and fancy markets turn up too, and so do people who just fancy a few rounds of Teen Patti after dinner. Never tried any of the three? Not a problem at all, the team has walked lots of beginners through it and won't rush you.
Kalyan Matka on Kalyanbook
Kalyan is one of the oldest and best known matka markets, and it's the reason a lot of players find us in the first place. Here's how it works, without the mystery.
Where the numbers come from
Each Kalyan result has two halves, the open and the close. For each half, three digits are drawn, and together those three digits are called a panna, also written patti. Add the three digits up, and the last digit of that total becomes the single number, sometimes called the ank, for that half.
Open and close
The open result comes first. Its panna and its single are declared, and then later the close panna and close single follow. Put the open single and the close single side by side and you get the jodi, the pair that most players watch for.
Reading a full result
Kalyan results usually get written in one line, panna then jodi then panna. Older paper charts tend to use dashes between the parts, and on Kalyanbook you'll see spaces instead. Either way it's three digits, two digits, three digits, and once that order sticks in your head you can read any line from any chart in a second.
A worked example
Let's make one up. The open panna comes out as 1, 3 and 7, which adds to 11, and so the open single is 1, because you only keep the last digit. Later on the close panna turns up as 2, 4 and 8. That's 14 in total, so the close single is 4. Stick the two singles together and your jodi is 14, which makes the whole line read 137 14 248. We invented these digits purely to show the working, they aren't from any real draw.
How a Kalyan day flows
Think of the day in four parts. There's the stretch before the open, when players place their open plays and their jodi and sangam picks. Then the open gets declared, and open singles and open pannas settle there and then. In between the halves, close plays are still possible on single and panna. And finally the close gets declared, which settles everything else, the jodi and both sangams included. Exact timings for each market are shown on Kalyanbook itself, so check there rather than relying on what a friend remembers.
Matka Play Types on Kalyanbook
Matka comes with its own little dictionary. Get comfortable with these few words and the market stops feeling like a club you weren't invited to.
Single
You pick one digit from 0 to 9 and play it on the open or the close. It's the simplest play and usually where new players start.
Jodi
You pick a two digit pair, the open single followed by the close single. Jodi needs both halves to go your way, so it's a harder pick than a single.
Panna, in its three flavours
A panna is the three digit number itself. If all three digits are different, it's a single panna. If two match, it's a double panna. And if all three are the same, it's a triple panna. Players often have favourite types, though no type is any more likely to come up just because you like it.
Half sangam and full sangam
Sangam means joining together. A half sangam links the panna from one half with the single from the other, so open panna with close single, or the reverse. A full sangam joins both pannas, open and close. These are the toughest picks on the board.
| Play | What you're picking | How hard it is to land |
|---|---|---|
| Single | One digit for open or close | Simplest |
| Jodi | Open single plus close single | Harder |
| Single, double or triple panna | The three digit number for one half | Harder again |
| Half sangam | One panna plus the other half's single | Very hard |
| Full sangam | Both pannas | Hardest |
Rates for each play are shown in the Kalyanbook market when you place it, and they can change, so always check before you confirm.
Matka Myths Worth Ignoring
Matka attracts more rumours than any other market on Kalyanbook. Some are harmless. A few cost people real money.
"Sure numbers" and "leaked games"
You'll see WhatsApp groups and websites selling a "fix" Kalyan number or a "leak" from inside the market. Please don't pay for these. Nobody on the Kalyanbook team sells numbers, and anyone who claims they can tell you tomorrow's result is guessing at best and lifting your money at worst.
Chart patterns
Old charts are fun to look through, and plenty of players enjoy hunting for patterns. Just remember that each draw doesn't know what came before it. A digit that hasn't shown up in a while isn't "due".
Chasing with bigger stakes
Doubling up after every miss feels logical in the moment. In practice it's the fastest way to burn through a budget. If your plan for the day hasn't worked, the better move is to stop, not to double.
Kalyanbook Compared With a Local Matka Bookie
A lot of our matka players used to play through someone in their area. Here's how it feels different on Kalyanbook.
No paper slips
With a local bookie, your play is a slip of paper or a scribble in someone's diary. On Kalyanbook every play sits in your account history, timestamped, so there's no arguing later about what you picked.
Your balance is visible
You can log in any time and see exactly what's in your Kalyanbook ID, what's been played and what's settled. You aren't relying on somebody's memory or mood.
One ID for more than matka
Your local bookie probably doesn't take cricket sessions or deal Teen Patti. With Kalyanbook the same balance stretches across all of it.
| Local bookie | Kalyanbook |
|---|---|
| Paper slips or verbal plays | Every play saved in your account |
| Balance depends on someone's notes | Balance visible whenever you log in |
| Matka only, usually | Matka, cricket, exchange and live casino |
| Cash handed over in person | UPI, bank transfer or wallet, arranged in chat |
Cricket on Kalyanbook
Matka gets the headline in our name, but cricket keeps a lot of our players busy too.
Match odds and bookmaker
Match odds is the straight question of who wins, priced on the exchange. The bookmaker market asks the same with fixed prices. Some players like comparing the two before deciding.
Fancy and session markets
These are the short markets Indian fans love. Total runs after a set number of overs, how far a batter gets, how many come in a session. Fancy markets settle while the game's still going, which keeps even a slow day interesting.
Toss and quick markets
The toss market is over in seconds, and first over or first wicket markets wrap up early. They're fun, they're quick, and that's exactly why they're easy to overdo.
Big tournaments
Long tournaments usually bring outright markets too, who lifts the trophy, who scores the most runs, that sort of thing. Treat these as a slow side interest, since your money sits there for weeks.
The Exchange, Explained Simply
The Kalyanbook ID also opens a betting exchange. Sounds technical? It really isn't, if you look at it like this.
Backing is being the punter
When you back, you're doing what you'd do with any bookie. You pick an outcome and bet that it happens.
Laying is being the bookie
When you lay, you're the bookie for a moment. Your bet is that something won't happen, and if it does, you're the one paying out. What you'd owe in that case is your liability, and Kalyanbook puts that number on the screen before you confirm anything.
A quick example
Suppose you lay a team at 2.50 for ₹400. If that team loses, you keep the ₹400 the backer put up. If they win, you pay out ₹600. Those numbers are an illustration only. On the actual Kalyanbook exchange, prices move constantly.
Why bother with it
Exchange prices are set by players, not by a single bookmaker, so they're often sharper. And you can back early and lay later as the price moves, locking in a result before the game's over.
Live Casino Tables
Your Kalyanbook ID also unlocks a live casino, streamed with real dealers.
Familiar Indian games
On Kalyanbook, Teen Patti and Andar Bahar are the ones most players reach for first, and for good reason, since most of us grew up watching uncles play them at weddings.
Quick fire tables
Dragon Tiger, Lucky 7 and 32 Cards settle in moments. You'll pick them up in a couple of rounds, and that's the problem, they're very easy to keep playing. Pick a limit first.
The classics
Roulette and baccarat are there if you prefer the traditional casino feel, with a little more time between rounds to think.
Getting Your Kalyanbook ID
No forms, no documents to scan, just a short chat.
Check two things first
Two boxes to tick first. You must be over 18, and you must have checked that online betting and matka are allowed where you live. That second part really is your responsibility, because the rules are different across India.
Send a message
Tap the WhatsApp button on this site and say you'd like a Kalyanbook ID. That's genuinely all you need to write. Someone from the team will reply and walk you through the first deposit.
Get your login
Once your first deposit has gone through, the team sends a username and temporary password, plus the exact page you'll log in from. Bookmark it before you do anything else, it'll save you from the copies later.
Make it yours
Change the password on your first login. Then take a slow look around, find the Kalyan market, find the cricket, find the casino, before you play anything.
Money In and Money Out
Here's how deposits and withdrawals work on Kalyanbook.
Topping up
Ask the Kalyanbook team for payment details in your chat. UPI, bank transfer and common wallets all work. Pay, then drop the screenshot or reference number into the chat along with your username. The team checks it and the money shows up on your Kalyanbook balance.
Fresh details, every time
Please ask for payment details before every single deposit. They can change, and details from an old chat or from some post online could send your money to the wrong place.
Cashing out
Tell us your username, how much you'd like out and where to send it. Whether that's a bank account or UPI, it has to be one registered in your own name, not your brother's or a friend's. You'll get a confirmation in the chat once it's done. On a busy result day or a big match night, give it a little extra time.
Spotting a Fake Kalyanbook
A name with "Kalyan" in it is going to get copied. Here's how to stay on the right side.
What the copies look like
Same colours, a near identical logo, a web address with a letter changed. Some even let you deposit. The money then disappears with whoever runs the copy.
Three things to check
The ID: every genuine Kalyanbook login is created by a person on our WhatsApp line. A website form handing out IDs is a giveaway that you're somewhere else.
The payment details: genuine ones are sent to you privately in your own chat, every time you ask.
The number: if someone messages you first, offering sure numbers or bonuses, it isn't us.
What the real team won't do
We won't ask for your password, we won't sell matka numbers, and we won't push you to pay quickly. If anyone using our name does any of that, stop and message the team on the contact you saved.
Your First Week on Kalyanbook
There's no rush to try everything at once. Here's a gentle way to settle in.
Days one and two
Log in to Kalyanbook, change your password and just look around. Open the Kalyan market and read how it's laid out. Find the cricket and the casino. If you play at all, keep it to a small single on the open so you can watch how a play settles from start to finish.
Days three and four
Try a session or fancy market during a match, again with a small stake. Notice how fast these settle compared to matka. Ask the Kalyanbook team in your chat about anything on screen you didn't follow, because that's what they're there for.
The rest of the week
By now you'll have a feel for what you actually enjoy. Some people stick almost entirely to Kalyan matka, others drift towards cricket. Either is fine. Make one small withdrawal too, even a modest one, so you've seen how cashing out works before you ever need it in a hurry.
Mistakes New Kalyanbook Players Make
Most slips we see on Kalyanbook are small and easy to avoid once somebody's pointed them out.
Playing jodi before understanding single
Jodi looks tempting, but it needs both halves of the day to go your way. Spend a few days on singles first so you get a feel for how the open and close actually behave.
Forgetting which half a play is for
Placing an open single when you meant close, or the other way round, happens more than you'd think. Look at the market name on the slip before you confirm.
Trusting a chart over a budget
Charts are fun to study. They're a poor reason to bet more than you planned, though. The budget comes first, every day.
Laying without reading liability
On the exchange, a lay at long odds can cost far more than the stake box suggests. Check the liability figure every single time.
Keeping Your ID Safe
A few simple habits protect your Kalyanbook balance.
Your password is yours
Change the starting one, don't reuse an old one, and don't tell anyone, not even someone who says they're from Kalyanbook.
Lock your WhatsApp
Switch on two step verification in WhatsApp's settings. Your support chat lives there, so it's worth protecting.
Sign out on shared phones
If you've used someone else's phone or the family computer, log out before you hand it back.
Playing Sensibly
Matka in particular can pull people into chasing. We'd much rather you play small and enjoy it.
Set your number for the day
Fix your spend for the day before the open is declared. Once that's used up, the Kalyan market can wait until tomorrow, it isn't going anywhere.
Notice when it stops being fun
If you catch yourself checking the Kalyan result with your heart in your mouth, or quietly adding money you'd set aside for something else, that's worth paying attention to. Nobody plays well when they're playing to win something back.
Keep matka and cricket budgets apart
Some of our players keep two small budgets, one for matka and one for the match. It sounds fussy. It stops a bad morning on the open from leaking into the evening's cricket, though, and that alone makes it worth doing.
Take a break when you need one
Ask the Kalyanbook team to pause your ID for as long as you want. You'll find a lot more on this in the Responsible Gaming section of the site.
Frequently Asked Questions About Kalyanbook
How do I get a Kalyanbook ID?
Message the Kalyanbook team on WhatsApp using the button on this site. A team member writes back, tells you how the first deposit is done, and once it's in, sends your username along with a temporary password.
Can I play Kalyan matka with my Kalyanbook ID?
Yes. The same ID covers Kalyan matka markets, cricket and other sports, the exchange and the live casino, all on one balance.
What is a jodi in Kalyan matka?
A jodi is the two digit pair made from the open single and the close single. So an open single of 1 followed by a close single of 4 gives you jodi 14. Simple once you've seen it.
What's the difference between half sangam and full sangam?
A half sangam joins one half's panna with the other half's single. A full sangam joins both pannas, the open and the close.
Does Kalyanbook sell matka tips or fix numbers?
No, never. Nobody can know a result in advance, and anyone selling sure or leaked numbers in our name is a scammer.
How do withdrawals work on Kalyanbook?
On WhatsApp, give the team your username, the amount, and the bank or UPI details that are in your name. Once it's paid out you'll get a message saying so.
Where do I check Kalyan market timings?
Timings for each matka market are shown inside Kalyanbook when you log in. Go by what's on screen there rather than an old chart or a forwarded message, since those can be out of date.
Can I play Kalyan matka and cricket on the same day?
Of course. Your Kalyanbook balance covers both, so you can place an open single in the morning and play a fancy market during the evening match without moving money around.
Is there a Kalyanbook app?
There's nothing to download. Kalyanbook works in your phone or computer browser, through the login page the team gives you.
